Wollongong Party Bus Terms and Service Agreement

1. Reservation Deposit: 

A deposit is necessary to confirm your booking with Wollongong Party Bus. The amount varies based on the bus model chosen. This deposit is refundable after the event, provided the bus is returned in a clean and damage-free condition. The refund process could take 2-7 business days, depending on the banking process.

2. Payment Methods:

We facilitate various payment options for your convenience:

  • Direct cash payments to the driver on the day of the event.
  • Pre-event bank transfers or internet banking, to be completed 4 days before the event.
  • Credit card payments via invoice using Visa, MasterCard, or Amex.

3. Online Booking Fee:

A booking fee of 3% is applicable to all transactions made online or through invoices.

4. Booking Confirmation Process:

Upon receiving your deposit or full payment, a confirmation email detailing your booking will be sent. Please verify the information for accuracy and contact us immediately at 02 4601 4609 for any corrections. An updated confirmation will be emailed to you.

5. Legal Validity of Communications:

Communications through email and SMS with Wollongong Party Bus represent a legally enforceable contract.

6. Privacy and Data Security:

Personal information collected through our booking system is securely managed within the XERO invoicing database.

7. Accuracy of Booking Information:

Wollongong Party Bus is not responsible for inaccuracies in the information entered by customers in the online booking system. Please double-check all details before finalizing your payment.

8. Cancellation Policy:

Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the event, there will be a charge of 50% of the total payment.

9. Pre-Event Driver Information:

If a confirmation SMS containing the driver’s details is not received a day before the event, please contact us by 8 pm at 02 4601 4609.

10. Punctuality Requirement:

Guests should be prepared for pickup 15-30 minutes before the scheduled time. Delays in readiness may result in the driver’s inability to wait, without any refund.

11. Procedure for Vehicle Breakdowns:

In the unlikely event of a breakdown, Wollongong Party Bus will strive to provide a replacement bus within 2-4 hours. If this isn’t feasible, a refund for the trip will be issued. However, any additional expenses incurred will not be compensated.

12. Liability for Uncontrollable Circumstances:

Wollongong Party Bus will not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or missed services due to external factors beyond our control, such as traffic incidents, extreme weather, or public disturbances.

13. Traffic Delays:

We are not accountable for delays caused by traffic conditions, roadworks, or peak-hour congestion. Our buses might require more travel time compared to standard vehicles.

14. No Smoking Rule:

Smoking inside Wollongong Party Buses is strictly prohibited as per state laws. Non-compliance will lead to immediate removal from the bus without a refund.

15. Alcohol Use Guidelines:

Consumption of alcohol is permitted on the bus in a responsible manner. All alcohol-consuming passengers must be over 18 and carry valid ID. Glass containers are prohibited for safety reasons.

16. Food Restrictions:

Eating food or snacks inside the buses is not allowed. If brought on board, the driver will request their removal.

17. Passenger Safety:

Travelers are responsible for their safety. Seat belts, where provided, must be worn at all times.

18. Damage Fees:

Any significant damage or mess may result in the trip’s termination and forfeiture of the bond. The responsible passengers will be charged for repair costs, which can range from $300.00 to $1000.00.

19. Behavioral Policy:

Disruptive behavior, vandalism, excessive intoxication, or any other form of misconduct may result in eviction from the bus and involvement of law enforcement. No refunds will be issued in these scenarios.

20. Belongings Liability:

Passengers are solely responsible for their personal belongings. Wollongong Party Bus is not liable for any lost or stolen items. Found items will be kept at our depot, and retrieval can be arranged by contacting us at 02 4601 4609. We do not offer postal return of items.

21. Use of Multimedia:

Photographs or videos taken by our drivers may be used for promotional purposes unless declined by the customer. In emergencies or legal situations, this media may be utilized as evidence.
